to tweet, to blog, to broadcast their life even without any specific message to tell but to appear to exist.

Liquid Architecture réalise sa première installation avec Thomas Lélu dans le cadre de l'exposition intitulée "The Tragedy of The Applause" conçue par Jan Lauwers et OHNO Cooperation.

Liquid Architecture signs it first installation with visual artist Thomas Lélu for the exhibition “The Tragedy of the Applause” curated by Jan Lauwers OHNO Cooperation at La Condition Publique in Roubaix. This project is an exhibition/happening where the artists invited have produced artworks related to the process of creation and perception of Pop music.

Liquid Architecture’s installation “Broadcast your Life” invites the audience to go on stage to perform on a song, auto-record themselves like if they were doing a music video and become actually spectator of themselves. We address here the stage as the pedastal for emancipation, adulation, fantasy, emotions. It’s where myths are built and unbuilt, where a musical and theatrical history gets written. In this room, the tentation of narcissus is at its peak, it’s where the personnality of someone changes, disappears, explode or stay neutral. The stage is a strip off , a place where nothing can be hidden, a territory to cross to expose your freedom to the world. This installation is a reflexion on the natural attraction/repulsion of a stage, of this will to be in the limelight, this obsessional need to give away one’s life like an autofiction, to broadcast yourself on the net, with even no particular message, to be appear to exist.
